We currently occupy three production sites and warehouses on a total surface of 21,000 square meters, including 10,000 square meters of covered space.<\/p>\n

An additional 23,000 square meters, including 7,000 square meters of covered space, are available for the industrial expansion required for new headers projects.<\/p>\n

Fantini Italia SRL, sole owner of the registered trademark FANTINI, was founded in Mantua in 1968 as a machine shop for repairing agricultural machinery; soon after, production of the first header for corn harvesting began. Now, we are about 50 people passionate about their work, distributed in Secretarial, Commercial – Customer Service and Marketing, Accounting, IT, Safety – Environment, Technical Office, Research and Development, Planning and Procurement, Production, Warehouse, Quality. Our customers include authorized dealers, subcontractors, other agricultural machinery manufacturers, and sophisticated farmers. Our production is primarily exported, where we have been recognized and appreciated for many decades. <\/p>\n

For our production, we have chosen not to rely solely on external suppliers, even though we purchase only the highest-quality components. Within our company, we have 7 production departments (Machining, Laser Cutting and Bending, Manual and Robotic Welding, Automatic Powder Coating and Manual Liquid Coating, Mechanical Assembly, Assembly and Finishing, Incoming and Outgoing Warehouse) which ensure flexibility and control over production quality. <\/p>\n

Furthermore, we have chosen to keep all Research and Development as well as Technical Office activities in-house, although we often rely on well-known and competent external companies for advice and consultation. Seven languages are spoken within our competent and always available sales department. <\/p>\n

We have invested heavily in IT: hardware and software are always up-to-date and subject to predictive maintenance or replacement to avoid downtime or data loss. Cybersecurity is our obligation to our customers. <\/p>\n
