G03
Fixed row header for sunflower harvesting
G03 is the fixed version of the best header on the market for sunflower and sorghum. The first version was produced in 1982 and since then many have tried, in vain, to copy it. G03 is the best solution in the presence of row seeding with specific distance; this header allows to maintain a high harvesting speed (around 10 km/h) with very low losses, in some cases, close to 2% found with seed count method per square meter. It is the ideal header for those who pay attention to harvest quality. Exceptional in the presence of lodged sunflower, it can be configured with harvesting chains with rubber teeth (which Fantini designed and used first) or with rubber belt to reduce the effect of weeds. All casings are metal and in one piece, with no screws or bolts, to prevent any crop-jam and to be eternal. A high-performance slender auger, it is built in configurations from 2 to 18 rows with row spacing from 45 to 100 cm, in combine colors (upon request)
GH3
Folding row header for sunflower harvesting
GH3 is the folding version of the best header on the market for sunflower and sorghum, which avoids the use of a trailer on the road. The first version was produced in the 1990s and since then many have tried, in vain, to copy it. GH3 is the best solution in the presence of row seeding with specific distance; this header allows to maintain a high harvesting speed (around 10 km/h) with very low losses, in some cases, close to 2% found with seed count method per square meter. GP
Fixed row-free harvesting header for sunflower
GP is the row-free harvesting header for sunflower: also called “pan” header, it is mainly used where harvesting has to be done in fields sown at different row spacings or sown in a scatter pattern, typical of BIOlogical crops. Unlike row headers, it has the advantage of being cheaper, lighter and not being constrained to seeding sizes. On the other hand, the loss rate is significantly higher due to the high number of pans hitting the plants by shaking them, if not tearing them. The harvesting speed must also be moderate to avoid entanglement and shaking of the plants themselves. It is produced in sizes 5.5 – 6.4 – 7.4 – 9.4 – 12 meters, for all harvesters.
OMNISUM
Fixed row-free harvesting header for sunflower
OMNISUN is the special header designed for heavy and constantly changing working conditions.
It has a new harvesting unit and a configuration that allows it to perform free harvesting (like GP) but with the performance of the row-unit header (G3). In addition, it is particularly effective in high weeds such as organic crops. While it has great advantages in terms of zero losses and high speed, it suffers from higher weight and higher cost. It is produced in sizes from 4.5 m to 10.00 m of useful cut.
