L03 evo
Fixed header for corn harvesting with central stalk chopper
L03 Evolution is Fantini’s best-selling fixed header; upgraded in 2023, it is robust, reliable, with gearbox and cardans transmission. The best choice in terms of performance and reliability even with laid corn crops! It is equipped with a central, disengageable and removable stalk chopper with 2,300 rpm. Equipped with high-strength chrome harvesting chains, latest-generation harvesting boxes with internal oil-bath clutch, long harvesting rollers with special steel knives; it can be configured with special polyethylene or steel hoods always in one piece to avoid stranding of product and to be eternal; you can equip it with side augers, two different types of stalk crushers, hydraulically or electrically operated corn stripping blades and above all with the transmission boxes with the possibility of varying the revolutions. In case of combine change, just replace the attachment frame and two gears and you are back to work. The high-performance auger with double-pitch auger coil prevents flooding and allows high harvesting speeds. L03 can be customized with the colors of your combine upon request.

L04 evo
Fixed header for corn harvesting with special stalk chopper
L04 Evolution was developed to achieve superior results in chopping quality of stalks and harvesting of lodged corn. Built with the same quality as L3 and upgraded in 2023, it is sturdy, reliable, with gearbox and cardan drive. Each disengageable stalk chopper is mounted sideways to the harvesting rollers and inside a protective dish: with as many as 3,200 rpm it chops up the stalk as if it were in a blender. Equipped with high-strength chrome harvesting chains, latest-generation harvesting boxes with internal oil-bath clutch, long harvesting rollers with special steel knives; it can be configured with special polyethylene or steel hoods always in one piece to avoid stranding of product and to be eternal; you can equip it with side augers, two different types of stalk crushers, hydraulically or electrically operated stripping blades and above all with the transmission boxes with the possibility of varying the revolutions. If the combine change machine is changed, just replace the hitch frame and two gears and start working again. The high-performance auger with double-pitch auger coil prevents flooding and allows high harvesting speeds. L04 can be customized with the colors of your combine upon request.
