After-sales service represents an essential part of Fantini Italia SRL With FANTINI headers enduring for over 30 years of use, it is fundamental for us to provide our customers with all the support they need.
Our after-sales service ensures our dealers can avail of FANTINI ORIGINAL SPARE-PARTS along with receiving ongoing TECHNICAL SUPPORT from the engineers and sales managers.
FANTINI ORIGINAL SPARE-PARTS are stocked in our 5,000m² warehouse and are available, upon request, even for components of headers produced more than thirty years ago. In order to be a FANTINI authorized dealer, our representatives have to guarantee their customers a minimum stock of spare-parts, to quickly satisfy their requests. We pay great attention to the quality of our components and original spare-parts.  Many companies try to copy these, selling similar articles with low quality at a cheaper price and promote them as FANTINI, even if this is illegal. If you encounter any of these, we ask you to inform us via the following e-mail address info@fantiniworld.com. We highly suggest you NOT use them, as they could cause serious damage to both the headers and to people themselves. Furthermore, these will stop the warranty cover of the FANTINI original header and take away from its value.
The TECHNICAL SUPPORT which distinguishes Fantini Italia SRL from competitors, derives from the forty years experience of our specialized technicians, who, for many years, have performed installations and restorations across the globe. When they are not actively involved in training sessions, you can find them along the production line, side by side with their colleagues of the assembling line. This important experience is transferred to our dealers and distributors during recurring training sessions, and refresher courses in order to ensure a quick and specialized technical support to their end customer.
The sales support consists of a team of multilingual, highly-qualified and experienced personnel, happy to liaise with great professionalism with worldwide distributors and dealers.
